Our dedicated team makes periodic, unobtrusive walkthroughs to ensure the silence policy is honored. They may gently remind you or your group to respect the silence. This is done with the utmost respect, to protect the experience for everyone.
Respecting the Silence
In the rare event that guests are consistently unable to honor our silence policy after a reminder, they may be asked to leave without a refund. We deeply appreciate every guest's commitment to the silence, as it is a vital piece of the Refuge experience.
