Heat Up (6-10 minutes) One vast co-ed cedar sauna with a Himalayan salt wall. Two spacious co-ed eucalyptus-infused steam rooms. Six hot & warm pools with thermal waterfalls.

Cool Down (10-60 seconds) Two cool plunge pools the temperature of the Pacific Ocean. Two Nordic cold plunge pools the temperature of an icy river.

Relax (10-15 minutes) Two acres of serene and silent outdoor relaxation areas that feature Adirondack chairs, hammocks, fire pits, and breathtaking views of the Santa Lucia Preserve. Three indoor relaxation sanctuaries with zero gravity recliners and soothing music.

Explore (at your leisure) Three warm pools with thermal waterfalls and massaging jets. Three hot pools with thermal waterfalls and massaging jets.
